This involves a dedicated sales rep who will lead the design and layout phase, a no-cost component of our turn-key service offering. Once the planning phase is complete, you will work with one of our reliable and accessible project managers for the remainder of your experience with Comm-Fit. This is our way of ensuring that your needs are always acknowledged and addressed, swiftly and effectively.
Our project managers have the technical and administrative expertise to manage your project effectively, on-time and within budget, including:
- Establishing installation criteria and specifications
- Coordinating all phases of project scheduling including new product deliveries, and existing product interruptions, relocation and removal
- Coordinating with all contractors and vendors to ensure project completion and quality workmanship
- Providing on-site supervision for the duration of the install
- Maintaining persistent and open communication with the customer on all aspects of project status
